The individual or company purchasing goods or services from DIY GSA through www.diy-gsa.com or diygsa.com is hereafter referred to as the “Purchaser.” Purchaser agrees that no refunds are available for digital products; however, if circumstances warrant, and upon mutual agreement of the DIY GSA and Purchaser, monies may be transferred to other DIY GSA products or services. All digital materials are protected by U.S. copyright laws immediately upon their creation. By purchasing these materials, Purchaser agrees to abide by U.S. copyright terms and further agrees that these materials will be used for their company or personal use only and not provided to outside entities or other third parties. Any misuse or distribution of these materials may be subject to a $5000 fine at the sole discretion of DIY GSA to be paid by Purchaser upon demand. These digital goods or services are based on solicitation instructions from the General Services Administration for its Multiple Award Schedule IDIQ. Contract Officers may ask for different formats or for additional information at their own discretion. DIY GSA cannot anticipate all questions or requirements of the contract officers.
